We had a brand new A/C system installed in April and it has been the best decision we could have made. We had a problem... when water started to back up in the house from the condensation pipe. We made a call to Shaefer the next morning & they were at the house the same day. Come to find out it was a fat Gecco causing the problem by getting stuck in the pipe. The service blew it out and performed a system check.. . We couldn't be more pleased with their service & service techs!

Shafer Services has been GREAT to work with! When our air conditioner bit the dust in June, they helped us stay cool with a temporary unit and worked diligently to secure a new one for us.
